HARDTAIL COMPONENTS PACK

So… you want to hard tail a bike, but can’t find a rigid weld on kit, and don’t have access to a tubing bender and laser table. With these essential components from DeVille Cycles, you have a head start on building your own hardtail.

This hardtail components pack contains beefy .156” wall ASTM A513 DOM steel tubing. The axle plates are precision laser cut from 3/8” thick A-36 carbon steel with ¾ inch axle slots. Tubing is mandrel bent and rough cut long to allow fabricator to determine design, dimensions and suitability for the application. Finish is bare steel.

It is intended for experienced bike builders with welding fabrication experience. It is not a do it yourself kit, and there are no assembly instructions.
